OUR PROCESS & WHAT TO EXPECT
Every cleanup starts with a free estimate, usually the same day or within the week. We look at your property and send a written quote. Cleanups are a flat rate per property, based on the size of the yard and how much work it needs, and the price you sign off on is the price you pay. You can book a one-time cleanup or set up seasonal service in the spring and fall.
On cleanup day, we clear leaves, sticks, and debris from your lawn and beds, then finish with a fresh mow. You don't need to be home. Our Avant loader runs on turf tires, so we can move material across your yard without tearing up the grass. We don't offer standalone weeding, but if your beds need fresh mulch, we can bundle it right in. There's no deposit, and payment is due once the job is done.
